Privacy & Data

League Night is built for trust. That means collecting as little data as possible, being clear about what exists, and never surprising directors with how their information is used.

The short version

League Night is offline-first. Most league data lives on your device. There is no advertising, no data resale, and no hidden analytics layer watching what you do.

What data League Night handles

League & event data

Information you enter while running a league — players, divisions, events, cards, payouts, and settings — is stored locally by default.

Account information (when applicable)

If you choose to create an account or join early access, basic contact information may be stored for access and communication.

What League Night does not do

  • No selling or sharing of your data
  • No advertising profiles
  • No behavioral tracking for marketing
  • No surprise emails
  • No public visibility without intent

Offline-first by design

League Night is designed to work without an internet connection. That means critical league-night functionality does not depend on servers being available or reachable.

Optional syncing or backups may be introduced later, but local control remains the default.

Your control

You control your league data. If League Night offers export or backup features, they are intended to help you keep ownership of your information, not lock it in.

Changes to this policy

This policy may evolve as League Night grows. When it does, the goal remains the same: clarity, minimalism, and respect for directors.
